These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ChatKundali (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ChatKundali provides Vedic astrology tools — including kundali (birth chart) generation, kundali matching, daily panchang, and related predictions — computed on our own astronomy engine. The Service is offered for personal guidance, reflection, and interest.

2. Astrology Disclaimer

Astrological readings are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other advice. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make. ChatKundali makes no guarantee of accuracy, outcomes, or fitness for any particular purpose.

3. Accounts & Registration

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login and for all activity under your account.
  • Email verification (one-time code) may be required to register or change your email.
  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

4. Free Use & Premium

The Service offers a limited number of free reports and downloads. Premium unlocks additional features such as full reports, all divisional charts, and unlimited PDF downloads for the applicable duration. Access may also be granted directly by an administrator. Free limits and premium features are set by us and may change.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

Where premium plans are offered, prices and durations are shown before purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the premium period has started. Premium access lasts for the purchased duration and does not auto-renew unless clearly stated at the time of purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
  • attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
  • scrape, copy, or resell our content, calculations, or reports;
  • upload content you do not have the right to share, or infringe others’ rights;
  • submit another person’s birth or personal details without a lawful basis.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, engine, design, text, and branding, is owned by ChatKundali and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the Service. The reports generated for you are for your personal use.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatKundali and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decisions made in reliance on the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, shown by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and the courts of India shall have jurisdiction, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.
